My first visit at Bay Street Greenery was epic! John Frank assisted me and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Might be the coolest guy I’ve ever met. The ambiance is inviting and there’s tons of product to look at. This is definitely my new favorite spot.

Very cool space. Good inventory. But the real differentiator are the bud tenders. People like John that make your day better just because they can. He went out of his way to help me today and went above and beyond. He makes it a pleasure to shop here.

I had a great experience with Bay Street Greenery. I placed an order for pickup and noticed once I got home that one of the items was slightly different—it was a similar product but at a lower price point than what I had originally paid for. I went back to the store and the staff handled it professionally and quickly resolved the issue. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was throughout the process. Mistakes happen, but the way they took care of it showed real customer care. I’ll definitely be returning.

This is easily the best dispensary in the area. Their entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The selection is top notch, look out for their specials for some great deals.
